Batfolk

Created by Morvaren to provide an aerial force specialized for conditions in which visually dependent flyers were disadvantaged. Their membranous arm-wings and echolocation allow them to navigate and fight effectively at night and in caves, fog, smoke, forests, and other restricted environments. They became Morvaren's principal nocturnal aerial scouts, interceptors, and reconnaissance force.
